I am an experienced Solicitor Advocate in Family Law, a Resolution and Law Society Family Law panelist . I was trained as a mediator and collaborative family lawyer by Resolution.

Based in Swindon, I travel throughout the home counties and to London to meet clients. I continue to visit China and Hong Kong on a regular basis. My clients consist of UK nationals, and nationals of other countries (including Chinese).

I work closely with my clients to secure the most favourable outcome, often with an emphasis on the interests of the children. My work requires a sound understanding the specific financial situation as well as an appreciation of the emotional well-being of all involved, during what is inevitably an extremely difficult time for them. My training as a mediator and a collaborative lawyer means that the legal solutions secured respect the personal and legal realities of each individual situation.

I have lived in England since 1978. Originally from Hong Kong, I speak and write fluent Chinese ( Cantonese) , and converse effectively in Mandarin. I work closely with lawyers in China in cases which involve the English and Wales and Chinese jurisdictions.

I am a Resolution Family Law specialist - Finance and Private Law Children , and a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.

I was a former churchwarden and now a Church of England diocese synod member . I value each of our volunteer’s contribution to church life . I financially support a school in Zimbabwe which provides education for the disabled . Everyone has a value regardless of creed , colour and name.
